Go to Healthy Lunch



This recipe is so easy, and is loaded with Omega 3 fatty Acids. Great for your hair, skin, and nails. Remember food heals and strengthens, so let’s choose foods that are not only easy to make, but helps us to be stronger, healthier, and prettier.


Let’s get to work!


Ingredients: All Organic and Sustainable

  1. Rice Cake of your choice. Brown or White

  2. Half an Avocado

  3. 2 to 3 pieces of smoked Sardines

  4. Micro Greens ( Broccoli, Kale, Red Cabbage) I get mine from Trader Joe’s

  5. Socked or toasted Almonds

  6. Lemon Pepper powder


Mash the Avocado over the Rice Cake, add the Sardines, and top it with the Micro Greens, Almond, and the Lemon Pepper powder.


Side Note: You also can add some Dill and a squeeze of a lemon.
