Spirulina is one of the richest plant based sources of protein, and is loaded with essential Vitamins and Anti Aging effects. I think we all love to have that beautiful glowy skin! So, let’s get to work!
Ingredients (All Organic)
1/2 Cup Coconut water
1/2 Cup water
1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup mixed Berries ( Strawberries and Raspberries)
1/2 Pitted Date (Optional)
1/2 Cucumber (For extra Hydration)
1 Cup baby Spinach/Kale (For Vitamin A,K,C and Iron)
1/2 Squeeze Lemon (For Skin Collagen Production and Brightening effect)
1 Tbsp Organic Spirulina ( For Essential Vitamins and Anti Aging)
1 Scoop Collagen Powder ( Great for Hair, Nails, and Skin) Also (for those wanting to have extra protein)
