I love these cookies not only because they make a good snack during the day, but they also make a good breakfast. They are very healthy and easy to make.
So, let’s get to work! You will need:
* 3 Medium Ripe Bananas
* 1 Cup Rolled Oats
* 1/2 Cup Finely Shredded Coconut ( if not available you can use Rolled Oats)
* 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
* 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
* 2 Tablespoons Flax seed Meal
* Half a Cup Chocolate Chips
In a bowl, mash the Bananas and add Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, Rolled Oats, Shredded Coconut, Flaxseed Meal, and the Chocolate Chips. Mix well, and hand shape each cookie and place them on a piece of Parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350F and bake for 15 minutes.
