Turkey and Zucchini Meatballs

You will need :

1) Pound Organic Ground Turkey

1) Medium Zucchini Grated

1) Medium Onion Grated

4) Gloves of Garlic Grated

2) Eggs

2) Tablespoons Flour

1/2) Teaspoon Curry Powder

1/2) Teaspoon Oregano

1/2) Teaspoon Thyme

Some Salt and Black Pepper

Preheat your oven to 375 Fahrenheit. Mix All the ingredients really well together, use a small ice cream scoop to make perfectly round Turkey meatballs of the same size. Place them on a piece of parchment paper. Drizzle some olive oil and add some pepper flakes over each Turkey Meatballs. Put them in the oven for 15-20 Minutes then broil each side until golden. The turkey meatballs are done when an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center register 165 degrees, and a meatball in the center of the baking sheet is fully cooked through when cut in half.







These are great with Rice, Pasta, Over a salad, or great for a Sandwich!
